Creating an account is easy! Click the "Get Started" button in the top right corner, choose whether you want to back projects or create projects (or both), and fill out the registration form with your details.
Creator accounts can launch crowdfunding projects, while Backer accounts can support projects by pledging money. You can choose "Both" during registration to have access to all features.
After registration, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to verify your email address. For additional verification (required for creators), you may need to provide identity documents.
Successful projects have clear goals, compelling stories, high-quality images/videos, realistic funding targets, and attractive rewards. Use our Campaign Builder to create professional-looking project pages.
We charge a 5% platform fee on successfully funded projects, plus payment processing fees (typically 3-5%). No fees are charged if your project doesn't reach its funding goal.
Most successful campaigns run for 30-60 days. Shorter campaigns create urgency, while longer campaigns give you more time to build momentum. Consider your audience and marketing strategy when choosing duration.
Your payment is only charged if the project reaches its funding goal by the campaign deadline. If the project doesn't reach its goal, you won't be charged anything.
Refunds are generally not available once a project is successfully funded, as you're supporting a creative endeavor, not purchasing a guaranteed product. However, refunds may be possible in cases of fraud or creator misconduct.
First, contact the project creator directly through their project page. If you can't resolve the issue, contact our support team. We'll work with both parties to find a solution.
